I founded Doodle Bug Learning Center to create a warm, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and grow. Here, schedules and routines are important, yet flexible enough to adapt to the needs of the day or to embrace new and exciting experiences. We celebrate the joy of childhood—where puddles invite splashing, mud is perfect for making mud pies, and hills are meant for rolling down.
At Doodle Bug, we prioritize fostering a love for the outdoors and instilling a deep appreciation and respect for nature. Our center is designed with attention to detail, ensuring a clean, inviting space filled with high-quality toys and materials that inspire creativity and exploration. We understand the importance of creating a safe, beautiful environment where children feel loved and cared for by their teachers.
My goal is to help every little one in my care develop essential life skills. I want them to learn how to do things independently and treat others with kindness and respect. It’s vital for children to understand that life doesn’t always go their way; sometimes, we must pick ourselves up and try again. Through play and structured activities, we teach them how to communicate thoughtfully and process their emotions, equipping them with the skills to become compassionate, responsible individuals.
Most of all, I believe that childhood is a fleeting time filled with wonder and magic. It should be packed with fun, fantasy, and adventure, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Together with families, we strive to support each child’s journey, ensuring they grow into confident learners and caring contributors to the world.
Welcome to Doodle Bug, where every day is an opportunity for discovery and joy!
